  • About

Cedar Cabin, located on the grounds of the historic Froelich's Sayner Lodge resort, is just steps from the pristine waters of Plum Lake. This newly-remodeled cottage features two-bedrooms, a bathroom in between, kitchen with granite countertops and stainless appliances, a breakfast bar and nearby dining room table. A wall of windows across the front of the great room provides a spectacular view of Plum Lake, especially sunsets. Cedar has central heat and full insulation, so come and enjoy the bloom of Spring and the Fall foliage.

Duffy Cabin is a newly renovated large studio. Amenities include: kitchenette with cooktop, full-size stainless steel fridge, and full-size microwave; dining room table; two queen-sized beds; air conditioning & heating; Wi-Fi: drive-up access; stunning 180 degree views of Plum Lake. Perfect for a great honeymoon or romantic couple’s getaway!

Plum Lake is known for some of the best fishing in the area: muskie, northern pike, bass, walleye and panfish. Cedar is just 40 feet to the sandy shoreline, great for swimming and relaxing. Or take a dip in the heated in-ground pool nearby.  Other Lodge amenities you can enjoy include horseshoes, shuffleboard, playground, tennis court, bicycles, and a recreation center with pool table. Miles of paved bike trails and a golf course are nearby, along with shopping and restaurants. Enjoy the sound of the loons and sight of the soaring eagles. Or just breathe deeply and take in the clean Northwoods air!
