All bedrooms have sound barriers in the walls to help provide some peace and quiet for those who are seeking solitude. A large screen TV with internet is located in the great room and WI-FI internet service is also available with ROKU TV channels. The large side-lot offers privacy from other property owners and is an awesome place for enjoying a fire and hanging out.
St. Germain is located half-way between Eagle River and Minocqua and is known for its many summer and winter activities. Immaculate 9 and 18 hole golf courses are located nearby along with a par three course. The Bo-Boen snowmobile trail is located practically right out the door. There are many Northwoods supper clubs, bars and restaurants nearby for a “night out” if cooking over the campfire isn’t your style.
