About Us

The Sand Lake vacation home is a 5 bedroom, 2 bath private vacation retreat. This home is located off the resort property on Sand Lake, one lake over from Maplewood Resort on the Sugar Camp Chain of Lakes, just a short drive from the resort. The home is situated on 100 feet of sandy shoreline on a level wooded lot.

The Sand Lake home offers a complete kitchen including refrigerator, stove, dishwasher,cooking and eating utensils, and microwave. This unit has two full baths with tub/shower - one on the main level and one lower level. This home also offers a washer and dryer, telephone, satellite TV and VCR/DVD player. The living room and master bedroom both feature woodburning fireplaces. There are two bedrooms on the main level with queen size beds, and a full bath with tub shower combination. Spiral stairs lead to the lower level where you will find one bedroom with a king size bed, and two bedrooms with full size beds, a second full bath with tub/shower, and the laundry room. There are also 2 sleeper sofas to accommodate additional guests, one in the livingroom and the other on the three-seasons porch. The three-seasons porch is a great place for summer meals or playing cards.

This home has an air conditioning unit to keep you cool and comfortable on hot, humid days.

A large lakeside deck runs the length of the home. For your convenience a Weber grill, picnic tables, lawn furniture, swing set, private pier, 14' rowboat, swim raft, paddle boat and canoe are included. There is also a campfire pit for toasting those yummy s'mores. Firewood is provided.
