About Us

Tim's Place offers two bedrooms, again one with a queen bed and the other with two twin beds. The floor plan is just a flip of the other half of the duplex - Pete's Place. Again it's the windows and the view from each side that makes these such desirable vacation homes! The living room, kitchen and dining area are an open concept allowing for everyone to be together regardless if watching the big game, or enjoying a morning breakfast! This side also offers a large deck for lounging, and because it sits off more to the side of the duplex, you won't feel as if the other side is right on top of you. This side of the duplex overlooks the grassy backyard, perfect for lawn games or playing catch! The stroll to the sandy beach or the firepit area is just a few steps further than Pete's Place, but both offer that same incredible view of West Bay!
