12th Annual Community Chicken Dinner Fundraiser

The Saint Germain Women’s Service Club will hold its annual Chicken BBQ on Saturday, April 27th, from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM, at the Saint Germain Community Center, at the corner of Hwys. 70 and 155.  Tickets are $12.00, and are available in advance from any club member, or by calling Audrey, at 715-479-8924
 
This very-popular, annual event is always a sell-out; the chicken dinner (one half a chicken, three sides, dessert and beverage) is delicious, and all proceeds benefit community charities and scholarships for local students. In addition to a wonderful meal, there will be a Basket Raffle, Bake Sale, and a Pie Raffle. Music will be provided by Wolfman Knapp.
 
The St. Germain Women’s Service Club’s 50+ members meet on the third Tuesday of each month, September through May, for fellowship and education. Each year, they contribute to local charities and community programs and provide several scholarships for local college students. They raise funds through their annual Chicken Dinner each April, the Fall Fashion Show and Luncheon each October, and the Christmas  Cookie Sale at the St. Germain Holiday Bazaar, each November.
